反井钻机在铁路隧道通风井施工中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 敦煌—格尔木铁路线当金山隧道2号通风立井,设计井深442 m,直径3 m。为满足特长隧道施工中立井通风、安全环保、工期等要求,首次将反井钻机引入到高原铁路隧道大直径深通风井施工中。通过分析地质情况,计算反井钻机扩孔拉力、扭矩等参数。采用水文水井钻机,配合BMC600型反井钻机一次成井,丰富了反井钻机施工工艺。最终成井质量好,钻进效率高,偏斜率符合工程要求,充分体现了反井钻机法在隧道建设工程中的优越性和先进性,为反井钻机在高原地区扩改建大直径深立井施工中的应用提供了借鉴。 In Dangjinshan Tunnel of Dunhuang-Ge’ermu Railway Line, there was No.2 ventilation shaft with a designed depth of 442 m and a diameter of 3 m. In order to meet the shaft ventilation, safety and environment protection, construction period and other requirements in the construction of the ultra long tunnel, the raise boring machine was firstly applied to a construction of a large diameter and deep ventilation shaft in a plateau railway tunnel. With the analysis on the geological conditions, the reaming tension, the torque and other parameters of the raise boring machine were calculated. A hydrogeological and water well drilling machine in combination with the BMC600 mode raise boring machine was applied to realize the simultaneous shaft sinking, and enrich the construction technique of the raise boring machine. Finally, the sinking shaft quality was good, the drilling efficiency was high and the deflection rate met with the engineering requirement, the project construction effect could fully reflect the superiority and advantage of the raise boring machine method in the tunnel project construction and could provide the references to the raise boring machine applied to the reconstruction of the large diameter and deep shaft in the plateau area.
