摘要
笔者基于对企业集团的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型对母公司智力资本影响子公司绩效的路径进行实证检验。研究表明:母公司智力资本的三个维度之间具有显著的正向交互作用,同时,它们对子公司绩效并不具有显著的直接效应,却透过母公司转移意愿与能力和子公司吸收意愿与能力间接作用于子公司绩效,即母子公司间转移机制在母公司智力资本对子公司绩效的作用中发挥完全中介效应。
Based on questionnaire data from enterprise group,this paper tests the influence of intellectual capital from parent on subsidiary performance using structural equation modeling. Results show that positive interaction effects are established between human capital,structural capital and relational capital from parent,however,the three dimensions of intellectual capital from parent aren't significantly direct associated with subsidiary performance,the effect of intellectual capital from parent on subsidiary performance is completely mediated by both transfer willingness and capacity from parent and absorptive willingness and capacity from subsidiary,i. e. the mechanism of transfer intellectual capital between parent and subsidiary play a full mediating effect.
