Study on the Measures to Promote the Development of Venture Capital Guiding Funds in Hebei Province

河北省创业投资引导基金的发展起步较晚,存在着市场化程度不足、资金来源单一、日常管理不完善、相关专业人才缺乏、监管不足、绩效考核机制缺失、退出机制不完善以及相关性文件缺乏操作性等问题,这就需要政府充分发挥间接调控的作用,强化基金运作的市场化行为,针对以上方面进行积极探索,以促进河北省创业投资引导基金的健康发展。

The development of venture capital guiding funds in Hebei province got off to a late start,with problems such as insufficient marketization degree,single source of funds,imperfect daily management,lack of relevant professionals,insufficient supervision,lack of performance appraisal mechanism,imperfect exit mechanism and relevant documents lacks operability.Therefore the government should give full play to the role of indirect regulation,strengthen the marketization of fund operation,and actively explore the solutions to promote the healthy development of venture capital guiding funds in Hebei province.
