随着全球对清洁能源需求的强劲增长以及各国低碳化发展战略的深入推进,全球液化天然气市场贸易持续快速发展。未来液化天然气出口国的影响力将会提升,天然气管道出口国和过境国的影响力将会下降,传统能源出口国的影响力将被削弱,天然气进口国将会相对受益,液化天然气贸易将会重塑全球地缘政治格局,全球航运市场也将经历结构性转变。全球液化天然气市场的发展对中国而言既是机遇也是挑战,中国必须把握好液化天然气市场快速发展的历史契机,加快制定能源安全战略规划,推动能源体制转型,提升本国在全球能源政治中的博弈能力。
The strong demand for clean energy, the deepening of low-carbon development strategies of various countries, the exploration and development of unconventional natural gas and the development and promotion of LNG storage and transportation technology will play a joint role in promoting the sustained and rapid development of LNG production and trade scale, making it one of the main trade forms in the development of the global natural gas market. The development of LNG is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for China. China must seize the international energy trend, speed up the formulation of energy security strategic planning, steadily promote the progress of LNG development and utilization, and improve China’s game ability in global energy politics.
