摘要
为提高煤油对煤泥的浮选效果,研究了催化剂种类和催化剂用量在煤油电化学氧化改性中的作用。选用3种催化剂高锰酸钾、重铬酸钾、硫酸铁作为研究对象,分别研究其对于煤油改性后的特性及接触角的影响。选择作用效果较佳的催化剂,研究催化剂用量对改性煤油以及接触角的影响。结果表明,高锰酸钾作为催化剂时,改性煤油的密度、酸值和接触角均最大。改性煤油的密度、酸值和接触角随高锰酸钾用量的增加而逐渐增加,当高锰酸钾用量超过500 mg/L时,密度、酸值和接触角开始趋于稳定。改性前后煤油用量对煤泥浮选精煤产率的影响表明,精煤产率一定时,改性后煤油用量比改性前用量减少一半,显著提高了煤油对煤泥的浮选效果。
In order to improve the effect of kerosene on flotation of coal slime,the role of catalyst type and catalyst dosage in the electrochemical oxidation modification of kerosene were studied.Three kinds of catalysts,potassium permanganate,potassium dichromate,and ferric sulfate,were selected as the research object,and their effects on the characteristics and the contact angle of modified kerosene were studied.The best catalyst was selected,and the influence of catalyst dosage on the kerosene characteristics and contact angle was studied.The results show that when potassium permanganate is used as a catalyst,the density,acid value and contact angle of the modified kerosene are the largest.The density,acid value and contact angle of modified kerosene increase gradually with the increase of the amount of potassium permanganate.When the dosage of potassium permanganate is 500 mg/L,the density,acid value and contact angle of modified kerosene begin to stabilize.The effect of kerosene amount on the yield of clean coal shows that when the yield of clean coal is fixed,the amount of modified kerosene is reduced by half before the modification,which significantly improves the flotation effect of kerosene on coal slime.
