摘要
为了确定多段炉(多膛耙式炉)设备在我国生产煤基活性炭的实际情况,从多段炉的结构、运行方式、反应原理及实际运行的工艺参数条件选择方面,通过研究规模化实际生产数据,分析论证多段炉的应用特性,最终得出多段炉在大规模生产煤基活性炭方面,具有产品质量稳定、吸附指标高、产量大、生成速度快等优点,可以在我国多段炉生产煤基活性炭进行规模化生产。
In order to determine the actual situation of coal-based activated carbon produced by multi-stage furnace( multi-chamber rake furnace) equipment in China,the structure,operation mode,reaction principle and selection of process parameters of multi-stage furnace were discussed in this paper.Based on the comprehensive study of practical production data for several years,the application characteristics of multi-stage furnace were analyzed and demonstrated.Finally,it is concluded that the multi-stage furnace has stable product quality,high adsorption index and large output in large-scale production of coal-based activated carbon.Coal-based activated carbon can be produced on a large scale by multi-stage furnace in our country.
