摘要
活性炭是具有巨大的表面积、丰富的孔隙结构、含有多种表面化学官能团的、呈疏水性的非纯型、复杂结构的碳质吸附剂,可用作吸附剂,催化剂和催化剂载体。对干法压块炭的炭化、活化过程的影响因素进行了试验研究,分析了生产工艺参数对活性炭产品质量的影响因素,优化生产工艺参数,发现采用CO2和水蒸汽为活化剂,活化效果最好,从而生产出优质合格的活性炭产品。最佳工艺参数为:炭化温度为600℃,活化工艺温度为900℃,物料的粒度控制在3.35~0.85 mm。
Activated carbon is a kind of carbon adsorbent with large surface area,abundant pore structure and many surface chemical functional groups.It can be used as adsorbent,catalyst and catalyst carrier for its hydrophobic heterogeneity and complex structure.The influence factors of carbonization and activation process of dry compacted carbon were studied experimentally.The factors affecting the quality of activated carbon products were analyzed,and the production process parameters were optimized. It is found that CO2 and steam were used as activators.The activation effect is the best,thus producing high quality and qualified activated carbon products.The optimum process parameters optimum carbonization temperature 600 ℃,the optimum temperature of activation process 900 ℃,and the optimum particle size of the material controlled at 3.35-0.85 mm.
