摘要 针对动力煤选煤厂传统加介工艺存在的问题,结合神东煤制油选煤厂实际,自行研制开发一种新型加介工艺-浓介系统,并对加介系统进行自动化升级改造,最后对改造效果进行分析。在合介桶上方安装一个浓介桶,在浓介桶底部安装管道通向合介桶。在浓介桶根部管道位置安装比例调节阀。在1355浓介桶安装液位传感器,通过检测浓介桶、液位和合介密度实现自动控制。实践证明此套自动控制系统运行可靠,缩短了合介密度调节时间,提高了生产效率,稳定了产品精煤质量。煤制油选煤厂年产量以400万t计算,2017年改造后较2016年节约介质1 120 t,浓介系统改造年节约成本总计近105万左右。煤制油选煤厂新型加介工艺-浓介系统的应用优化了人力资源,降低了员工的劳动强度,减少了系统介质消耗,提高了生产系统自动化水平,稳定了产品煤质量,为用户提供了更优质的产品。 In view of the problems existing in the traditional additive process of power coal preparation plant,a new additive process-dense medium system was developed through combination with the actual situation of Shendong coal-to-oil coal preparation plant.The automatic upgrading of additive system was carried out,and transformation effect was analyzed.A strong barrel is installed above the joint barrel,and the pipe is installed at the bottom of the dense barrel to the barrel.Proportional control valve is installed in the root canal of dense medium barrel.The liquid level sensor is installed in 1355 dense medium barrel,and the automatic control is realized by detecting the dense medium barrel,liquid level and density.Practice has proved that the automatic control system runs reliably,shortens the adjusting time of medium density,improves the production efficiency and stabilizes the quality of product clean coal.The annual output of coal preparation plant is4 million tons.After the transformation in 2017,the medium is saved by 1 120 tons compared with 2016.The total annual cost of the transformation for dense medium system is about 1.05 million yuan.The application of dense medium system in coal preparation plant optimizes human resources,reduces the labor intensity of employees,reduces the consumption of medium,improves the automation level of production system,stabilizes the quality of coal products,and provides users with better products.
