摘要
基于选煤厂在用的双层原煤分级筛位置固定,空间有限,检测筛分效率过程中存在采样点距离筛机较远或某些数据无法通过采样获取筛分数据等问题,论证了综合分离指数与筛分质效率的关系,讨论了筛分效率的理论误差,并分析特定环境下的双层原煤分级筛检测筛分效率存在的困难,引入破碎率概念,确定破碎率的试验方案。通过修正原煤筛分数据,结合分级筛各产物的粒级实际物料量,得到估算双层筛的筛分效率计算方法。哈拉沟选煤厂双层弛张筛的筛分试验结果表明,该计算方法可估算筛分效率。
Based on the fixed position of the double-layer raw coal grading screen used in the coal preparation plant,the space is limited.In the process of detecting the screening efficiency,there is a problem that the sampling point is far away from the screening machine or some data can not be obtained by sampling to obtain the screening data.The relationship between the comprehensive separation index and the screening efficiency was discussed.The theoretical error of screening efficiency was discussed.The difficulty of detecting the screening efficiency of the double-layer raw coal grading sieve in specific environment was analyzed,and the concept of breaking rate was introduced to determine the fracture.The test scheme of breaking rate was obtained.By correcting raw coal screening data and combined with the actual material amount of the graded sieve products,calculation method for estimating the screening efficiency of double-layer sieve is obtained.According to the screening test results of the double-layer relaxation sieve of the Halagou coal preparation plant,the calculation method can estimate the screening efficiency.
