摘要
根据补连塔矿井原煤煤质变化和市场对产品的要求,论述了补连塔选煤厂现有生产组织及市场需求,分析了选煤厂系统工艺可行性和经济效益,确定选煤厂生产组织方式。结果表明,1-2煤25mm分级,块煤入选,末煤全入选; 2-2煤50 mm分级,块煤入选,末煤不入选为最优生产方式,可提高利润2 967万元,入选率提升30%。通过需求导向性的生产组织优化,产品满足市场需求,减少产品浪费,降低生产成本,保证选煤厂利润的最大化。
Acording to the change of raw coal quality in Bulianta coal preparation plant and the requirement of market for products,the existing production organization and market demand of Bulianta coal preparation plant were discussed. The system feasibility and economic benefit of the coal preparation plant were analyzed,and the production organization mode was determined.Results show that the best production mode are 25 mm classification,lump coal into the separation,all the final coal into the separation of 1-2 coal and 50 mm classification,lump coal into the separation,the final coal of 2-2 coal,which can increase profits by 29.67 million yuan and increase the selection rate by 30%.Through demand oriented production organization optimization,products meet market demand.At the same time,it can reduce the waste of product quality and cost,and ensure the maximum profit of coal preparation plant.
