摘要 为了解决补连塔选煤厂装车系统因单位合并造成的网络不通等问题,采取单因素解决方案,实施了工控网络优化、设备保护优化、胶带机跑偏治理等措施。结果表明,改造后,实现了选煤厂对装车系统的统一调度指挥,实时监测装车情况,提高了装车效率、设备的稳定性及装车系统日常生产与检修的安全可靠性,降低了设备故障率和故障处理时间,年可节约成本300余万元。 In order to solve the problem of network impassability caused by the unit merging in the loading system of Bulianta coal preparation plant,the solution of single factor was adopted,the optimization of industrial control network,the optimization of equipment protection and the treatment of deviation of belt conveyor,etc were implemented.The results show that the unified dispatching command of the loading system in the coal preparation plant is realized,the loading situation is monitored in real time,the loading efficiency,the stability of the equipment and the safety and reliability of the daily production and maintenance of the loading system are improved.The equipment failure rate and fault handling time are reduced,and the annual cost can be saved more than 3 million yuan.
