上湾选煤厂降低介耗措施 被引量:10

摘要 为解决上湾选煤厂介质消耗高的问题,从介质管理损失和技术损失2方面分析介耗原因,并提出改造措施。通过减少煤块进入介质系统,改造加介方式、分流调节改造、磁选入料、刮介刮刀改造,优化介耗管理等措施对选煤厂进行改造。改造后上湾选煤厂介耗由0. 6 kg/t降至0. 52 kg/t。 In order to solve the problem of high medium consumption in Shangwan coal preparation plant,the causes of medium consumption were analyzed from two aspects of medium management loss and technical loss,and corresponding modification measures were put forward.Coal preparation plant are reformed by reducing coal block entering medium system,reforming addition mode,shunt adjustment,magnetic separation feeding,scraper modification and optimizing medium consumption management.After modification,the consumption of medium consumption is dropped from 0.6 kg/t to 0.52 kg/t.
