磁选机回收率对选煤厂介耗的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为提高选煤厂磁选机回收率及回收效果,分析评定了磁选机回收率的工艺效果,对选煤中间产品带介量进行检测,分析介质损耗的原因,研究磁选机回收率对介质回收系统的影响,并提出提高磁选机回收率,降低介耗的措施。将磁性物回收率作为主要评定指标,将煤泥脱除率作为辅助评定指标来评定单台磁选机的实际使用效果。磁选机入料浓度、磁性物及煤泥含量、磁偏角、溢流堰高度、刮介效果等是磁选机工作效果的主要影响因素。通过合理选择磁选工艺流程及磁选机,调试磁选机结构性能参数,严把介质的选择质量关,加强磁选机工艺效果评定检测,提高磁选机工艺操作水平,加强磁选机日常检查及维护管理等措施可提高磁选机回收率,降低介耗。 In order to improve the recovery rate and recovery effect of magnetic separator in coal preparation plant,the technological effect of magnetic separator recovery rate was analyzed and evaluated.The medium content of coal preparation intermediate product was tested,and the cause of medium loss was analyzed. Effect of magnetic separator recovery rate on medium recovery system was studied,and the measures to improve the recovery rate of magnetic separator and reduce medium consumption were put forward.The recovery rate of magnetic material is taken as the main evaluation index,and the removal rate of coal slime is taken as the auxiliary evaluation index to evaluate the actual application effect of a single magnetic separator.The main factors affecting the working effect of magnetic separator are feed concentration,magnetic material and slime content,magnetic declination angle,overflow weir height and scraping effect.Through reasonable selection of magnetic separation process and magnetic separator,debugging the structure and performance parameters of magnetic separator,strictly controlling the quality of medium selection,strengthening the evaluation and testing of magnetic separator process effect,improving the operation level of magnetic separator process,strengthening the daily inspection and maintenance management of magnetic separator,the recovery rate of magnetic separator can be improved,and medium consumption can be reduced.
