选煤厂噪声污染的分析与防治

Analysis and prevention of noise pollution in coal preparation plant

为有效降低选煤厂厂房内及厂界噪声,减少噪声给员工职业健康带来的危害及噪声外排产生的环境污染,通过分析选煤厂的设备设施、生产工艺、厂区环境,检测噪声强度,并在分析选煤厂主要噪声源的基础上,采取噪声源治理和噪声传播途径治理2种降噪方式,通过安装减震装置、厂房墙面设置吸声机构、将普通门窗改为隔声门窗、排风口安装隔音设施等措施,使噪声治理达到了国家标准。

In order to effectively reduce the noise in the workshop and the boundary of the coal preparation plant and make the noise index reach the national standard so as to reduce the harm of noise to the occupational health of the staff and the environmental pollution caused by noise discharge,the noise intensity was detected by analyzing the equipment and facilities,production technology and the environment of the plant,and the main noise to the coal preparation plant were also detected.Based on the analysis of sound sources,two noise reduction methods,noise source control and noise propagation control,were adopted.The main measures include installing shock absorber,installing sound absorption mechanism on the wall of workshop,changing ordinary doors and windows into sound insulation doors and windows,and installing sound insulation facilities at exhaust vents.Through the implementation of various measures,the results show that the noise control reaches the national standards.
