摘要
韩国是一个多元文化、扁平化社会、平台期经济的国家。韩国大型商业集中区的共同特点是交通极为便利,与地铁衔接紧密,商品和服务以高档为地标,带动中低档消费,商铺密集,总量大,综合服务能力强。我国在商圈建设中应借鉴韩国商圈建设,增大商铺供应量,诚信建设直接与司法衔接,在消费上升时期,抓紧区域开发。
Korea is a country with multi-culture,flat-society,and platform-economy.The common characteristics of Korean mass commercial clusters are convenient transportation-close to subway,prominent with high-grade commodity and service attached to middle-low consumption,intensive stores and departments,large quantity and strong comprehensive service ability.China need refer the Korean experience in construction of trade circle,increase supply ability of stores and departments,connect credibility construction with jurisdiction,and accelerate regional development during the period of consumption rise.
