发展现代服务业推动七台河市经济转型升级

随着全球新的一轮产业结构调整,产业结构从工业型向服务型过渡已然成为不争的实事和必然趋势。生产性服务业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,在服务业中的比重不断加大,并将逐渐成为转型经济国家或地区经济增长的重要发动机。七台河市作为资源型城市正面临着经济转型升级问题。七台河市要尽快克服增长方式粗放、经济发展不协调、资源和环境制约突出、自主创新能力不强等弊病,加快发展现代服务业。通过传统工业与服务业相结合,尤其是实现传统工业技术与现代服务业相结合,并注重现代生产性服务业与传统工业的有效分工,要大力发展生产性服务业、大力发展文化旅游产业、注重新兴服务业的发展。

Global industry structure is undergoing transition from traditional industry to service oriented kind. As a key part of and with an increasing proportion in the modern service industry, manufacturing based service industry will drive economic growth among countries and regions undergoing economic transition. Qitaihe city is tackling challenges of upgrading its economy heavily relying on resources. The city should speed up developing modern service industry while addressing issues of inefficient and blind development, unbalanced development, saving resources, protecting the ecological environment, and weak independent innovation capability. The city should apply modern services to traditional industrial technology and gives attention to the effective labor division of manufacturing based services and traditional industry. Meanwhile, the city should focus on developing manufacturing based services, cultural and tourism industry and newly emerging industries.
