摘要 浙江省在全国率先制定出台了统筹城乡发展推进城乡一体化纲要,并相继落实了一系列重大政策措施,有力地推动了城乡一体化发展。供销社作为为农服务的合作经济组织,在推进城乡一体化进程中具有自身独特的组织、网络、资产、服务和信用等优势。为了更好地发挥供销社在统筹城乡中的作用,供销社应根据城乡统筹发展的新形势、新变化,立足自身、谋划长远、找准定位,加快推进传统经营服务转型升级,注重拓展新的经营服务领域,大力推动体制创新、机制创新、组织创新和服务创新。 Zhejiang province has effectively promoted the integration of urban and rural development by issuing an outline for balancing urban and rural development and promoting urban-rural integration and by implementing a series of important policy measures. As a cooperative economic organization for agriculture, supply and marketing cooperatives have unique strengths in the urban-rural integration process, in terms of organization, network, asset, service, and credit. In order to play a better role, supply and marketing cooperatives should plan for the long haul, positioning well, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional business services on the basis of the new situation, changes, and their own conditions. In the meantime, they should focus on developing new business services and vigorously promote institutional innovation, mechanism innovation, organizational innovation and service innovation.
