The Evolution Analysis of ICP Aggregation Methods and Its Implications

摘要 PPP汇总方法作为ICP理论与实践的纽带,始终是ICP发展的重要核心。单从任何一个汇总方法来看,它都有自己的原理、改进和应用条件,无形中增加了单一汇总方法的研究难度。然而,从ICP汇总方法的整个发展历程来看,其演进规律是有章可循的,具体可以将演进过程分为双边汇总方法阶段、多边汇总方法阶段、多边汇总方法改进阶段、多边汇总方法完善阶段,通过分析每个阶段汇总方法的演进脉络可以发现:ICP汇总方法的发展分别以可传递性、特征性及准确性和可靠性为演进核心;ICP汇总方法经历了由简单指数到复杂指数、由统计指数到经济指数的发展过程;ICP形成了以EKS法、CPD法、GK法和MST法为主的多边汇总方法体系,但系统性、理论性还有待提升。在此基础上,本文结合中国ICP汇总方法的研究现状,为汇总方法的深入研究提出了三条可行路径。 PPP aggregation method as the link of theory and practice is the important core of ICP development always. Single view for any PPP aggregation method, everyone had its basic principle, improvement and application condition, this increased the difficulty of the research for anyone aggregation method invisibly. However, from the view of the development history, ICP aggregation methods had rules to follow. The development history of ICP aggregation methods could be divided into four steps: bilateral methods phase,multilateral methods exploration phase, multilateral methods improvement phase, multilateral methods perfection phase. Through analyzing the evolution progress of every phase, three evolution characteristics could be found. First, transitivity, characteristic and accuracy,reliability was the different improvement core of each evolution stage. Second, ICP aggregation methods had experienced the development process from simple index to complex index and from statistical index to economic index. Third, ICP had formed the multilateral aggregation methods system based on EKS, CPD, GK and MST, but the systematic and theoretical of the methods system were not sufficient. Base on above research, three proposals could be given for the deep research for ICP aggregation methods.
