摘要
教育不仅是民族振兴、社会进步的基石,还是国民经济可持续发展的重要保障。本文运用投入产出模型在分析'十二五'时期我国教育经费支出对各部门生产活动拉动作用的基础上,进一步探讨了教育经费的投入效益。结果表明:全国教育经费支出的投入产出乘数为1.72,即1单位教育经费支出或将对总产出产生累计1.72个单位的拉动作用;其中,相对于其他部门,教育经费支出对第三产业拉动效用最为显著;然而,教育经费支出的拉动效用存在地区差异。
Education is not only the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress, but also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the national economy. In this paper, the input-output model is used to analyze the effect of education expenditure on the production activities in the " 12 th Five-Year" period. The results show that the input-output multiplier of national education expenditure is 1.72, which is 1 units of education expenditure lead the total output increase to 1.72 units; Secondly, compared to other industry, stimulating effect of education expenditure on tertiary industries is most significant;however, there are regional differences in stimulating effect of education expenditure.
