大数据时代,人力资源审计的动因、方法与程序发生深层次变革,审计主体有必要借助大数据关键技术完善组织中人力资源工作的评价取证,依托大数据审计管理平台促进管理层高效规划与控制人力资源的运用。在梳理文献基础上,从应用框架以及采集存储、清洗过滤、压缩装载、知识发现与可视呈现等维度阐释人力资源审计管理平台的技术架构,通过战略适应度、管理专业度、人才满足度与业务成熟度等内容划分,分析人力资源审计管理平台的模块运行,并基于思想观念、生态系统与隐私安全等视角提出优化策略,旨在加速推进人力资源审计的平台化建设与智能化发展。

In the era of big data,the motivation,methods and procedures of human resources auditing have undergone profound changes. It is necessary for the audit subject to improve the evaluation and evidence of human resources in the organization with the help of the key technology of big data,and promote management’s efficient planning and controlling of the application of human resources using big data audit management platform. Based on combing the literature,this paper first explains the technical framework of the human resources audit management platform from the aspects of application framework,collection and storage,cleaning and filtering,compression loading,knowledge discovery and visual presentation. Secondly,through the division of strategic adaptability,management professionalism,talent satisfaction and business maturity,the paper analyzes the module operation of the human resources audit management platform. Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy based on the perspectives of ideology,ecosystem and privacy security. The aim is to accelerate the platform construction and intelligent development of human resources audit.
