农业国际贸易对国内产业结构影响机制研究

The Research on the Influence Mechanism of Agricultural International Trade on China Industrial Structure

农业对外合作不仅有利于提升各国农业全球资源配置力、国际影响力和全球影响力,而且对维护全球和区域粮食安全也具有重要意义。通过以我国农业对外合作为视角,利用2003-2016年农业对外直接投资与农业国际贸易和我国产业结构相关数据,就农业对外合作对我国产业结构的影响进行研究,得出以下结论:农业对外直接投资对我国的产业结构升级起到了正向促进作用;农业国际贸易对第三产业产出增加值与非农就业产出比值的影响是正向的,我国对外援助中基础设施援助能改善受援助国与国际贸易相关的基础设施,在一定程度上削减受援助国的出口贸易成本,提高其贸易比较优势;增加受援助国对外贸易总额,有利于发展自己国内优势产业,转移劣势产业,最终推进国内产业结构优化升级。

Agricultural cooperation to foreign countriesis not only conducive to enhancing the global resource allocation,international influence and global influence of agriculture,but also important for maintaining global and regional food security.Based on the perspective of China’s agricultural cooperation to foreign countries,this paper uses the data of agricultural outward foreign direct investment(OFDI),agricultural international export trade(AEX)and China’s industrial structure from 2003 to 2016 to study the impact of agricultural cooperation to foreign countries on China’s industrial structure.Conclusions are as follow:OFDI has played a positive role in promoting the upgrading of China’s industrial structure and the ratio of output value of tertiary industry output to non-agricultural employment output.The infrastructure assistance which comes China’s foreign aidcan improve the infrastructure of recipient countries,reduce the export trade costs of the aided countries,and increase their comparative advantages in trade.And it can increase the total foreign trade of the aided countrieswhich is conducive to the development of China’s domestic advantageous industries and the transfer of disadvantages.Then it will eventually promote Chinaindustrial structure optimization and upgrading.
