中国制造业发展质量的评价及其影响因素分析——来自制造业行业面板数据的实证

Quality Evaluation of China’s Manufacturing Industry and its Influencing Factors:An Empirical Study on Panel Data of Manufacturing Industry

基于中国制造业的行业面板数据,测算中国制造业的发展质量,并实证检验中国制造业发展质量的内部和外部环境影响因素的相关度和显著度。结果表明:中国制造业发展质量水平较低,表现出'W'型波动变化趋势,其8个维度的发展质量均不太乐观。制造业内部因素中,行业发展基础是制造业发展质量提升的先决条件;技术水平是发展质量的核心推动要素;市场竞争和产业升级是制造业高发展质量的有利因素;外商直接投资是发展质量的显著因素。外部因素中,政策制度阻碍制造业发展质量的提升;经济水平和自然环境的影响是积极的;技术环境是发展质量的重要装备保证。最后提出提升中国制造业发展质量的对策建议。

Based on the industry panel data of China’s manufacturing industry,this paper estimates the development quality of China’s manufacturing industry,and empirically tests the correlation and significance between the internal and external environmental factors affecting the development quality of China’s manufacturing industry.The results show that the development quality of China’s manufacturing industry is low,showing a'W'fluctuation trend,and the quality of its eight dimensions is not optimistic.Among the internal factors of manufacturing industry,the foundation of industry development is the precondition of improving the quality of manufacturing industry development;technical level is the core driving factor;market competition and industrial upgrading are favorable factors for the high quality;foreign direct investment also has a significant impact.Among the external factors,the policy system hinders the improvement of the quality of manufacturing industry development,and the influence of economic level and natural environment is positive,technology environment is an important equipment guarantee.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of China’s manufacturing industry.
