In this paper,the connotation and necessity of high-quality development of private small,medium and micro enterprises are studied in depth by means of theoretical analyses,and the dilemma and path of high-quality development of private small,medium and micro enterprises are analyzed in detail.From the perspectives of the private small,medium and micro enterprises themselves,the real dilemma of the high-quality development is:lack of excellent corporate culture,it is difficult to unite the people;lack of scientific and technological innovation strength,it is difficult to transform into productivities;lack of coordinated development capacities,it is difficult to integrate effective resources;lack of high-tech products,it is difficult to participate in market competition;lack of transparent and open operation capabilities,it is difficult to establish effective management mechanism;lack of wealth sharing spirit,it is difficult to retain employees and customers.In order to get rid of the predicament and achieve high-quality development,private small,medium and micro enterprises can adopt effective paths of creating excellent enterprise culture,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,accelerating coordinated development,improving product quality,clarifying open operation,implementing wealth sharing and deep integration between schools and enterprises.
