货币政策透明度评价研究:一个述评

A study on the evaluation of the transparency of monetary policy: A review

近年来,对货币政策透明度的研究逐渐成为该领域研究的热点。同时作为货币政策透明度定量研究的基础,货币政策透明度评价也受到了越来越多的重视。国内外学者对货币政策透明度评价展开了大量地研究,积累了丰富的文献。对已有的研究成果进行梳理和总结,不但有助于把握货币政策透明度评价的现状和进展,而且也为后续研究提供了基础,因此具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文首先根据理论基础和研究方法的不同,将货币政策透明度的评价方法归纳为四种:调查问卷法、指标体系法、市场反应法和动态指数法;然后对每种方法有代表性的研究成果进行了总结和分析;最后对后续研究提出了建议。

In recent years, the researches on the transparency of monetary policy have become the hot issue. Meanwhile, as the basis of quantitative study on it, its evaluation has attracted more and more attention. Scholars home and abroad have conducted large amount of studies on the evaluation of the transparency of monetary policy and accumulated abundant literatures. To review and sum up the existing achievements not only helps to understand the status quo and development of it, but also provides basis for the later studies, which is of great importance theoretically. According to the difference in theoretical basis and research method, first, this article reduces the evaluation method into four types: questionnaire approach, indicator system approach, market response approach and dynamic index approach. Then, it generalizes and analyzes the representative achievements for each type. And finally, it puts forward some suggestions for the later studies.
