九江市濂溪区生态文明建设路径探析

Probing of the Approaches of Ecological Civilization in Lianxi District of Jiujiang city

党的十八大提出了生态文明的伟大战略,江西已被列入生态文明建设先行示范区,生态文明理论与实践在江西全省受到空前重视。文章结合濂溪区区情,通过分析濂溪区推进生态文明建设的基础与挑战,提出从完善生态文明顶层设计、推动绿色经济发展、推进节能减排、开展生态建设和生态修复、加强生态环境保护几方面,开展濂溪区生态文明建设的探索与实践,为江西区县生态文明建设提供案例支撑。

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC has put forward the ecological civilization strategy,while now the theory and practice research of ecological civilization have got an unprecedented attention. Based on the SWOT( strength,weakness,opportunity,threats) analysis of Lianxi district,we present the ecological civilization approaches as follows: 1) improving the top design; 2) promoting green economic development; 3) enhancing energy conservation and emissions reduction; 4) carrying out ecological construction and ecological restoration; 5) strengthening the protection of the ecological environment. This paper provided a case support for ecological civilization construction in Jiangxi province.
