摘要
目的结合阜阳市本地实际情况,构建符合阜阳市0-3岁儿童的健康指标评价体系。方法在文献资料和理论研究的基础上,通过专家访谈法对儿童健康指标进行咨询评价。结果利用平均值、满分比、协调系统等统计学指标进行综合评价,经过两轮专家咨询,最终形成阜阳市0-3岁儿童健康指标体系,体系包含3个一级指标、10个二级指标和51个三级指标。结论研究确定的指标体系具有较强的可信度,可以作为本地区儿童健康指标评价的体系来进行应用。
OBJECTIVE In accordance with local actual conditions,to set up the evaluation system of health indicators for children aged 0-3 years group in Fuyang. METHOD Based on the literatures and theories,authors developed the primary indicator,the secondary indicator,and the third-level indicators of the health indicator 0-3 system for children aged years group in Fuyang,through interviews with the experts on indicators and evaluation of children ' s health. RESULT After two rounds of experts' consultation,authors determined all levels of the health indicators system for children aged 0-3 years group in Fuyang. The indicators system includes 3 primary indicators,10 secondary indicators and 51 three-level indicators. CONCLUSION Because of high authority,positive coefficient and coordination coefficient of the experts,the indicators system made by the study was of extremely high credibility and could be applied to the evaluation system of health indicators for children in the local region.
