摘要
目的探讨COPD气道黏液高分泌模型大鼠IL-13、ICAM-1、PDGF-A的表达。方法通过复制COPD气道黏液高分泌大鼠模型,予氨溴索、泼尼松干预,检测支气管肺泡灌洗液BALF及血清中IL-13、ICAM-1、PDGF-A的表达水平。结果模型组支气管肺泡灌洗液BALF及血清中IL-13、ICAM-1、PDGF-A较正常组明显升高(p <0. 01),泼尼松组和氨溴索组较模型组明显降低(p <0. 01)。结论 COPD气道黏液高分泌模型大鼠IL-13、ICAM-1、PDGF-A呈现高表达,泼尼松、氨溴索具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the expression IL-13,ICAM-1 and PDGF-A in COPD airway mucus hypersecretion rat model. Method Airway mucus hypemecretion rat model was treated with Ambroxol and Prednisone.The expression of IL-13、ICAM-1、PDGF-A in BALF and serum were detected by ELISA. Result In the model group,IL-13,ICAM-1 and PDGF-A expression in BALF and serum increased compared with the control group( p <0. 01),the Ambroxol and Prednisone decreased the secretion of IL-13,ICAM-1,PDGF-A( p < 0. 01). Conclusion IL-13,ICAM-1 and PDGF-A were highly expressed in COPD airway mucus hypersecretion rat model,and the Prednisone and Ambroxol had a certain protective effects.
