Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics and National Interests

国家利益问题是中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究急需回应的重大现实议题。长期以来,'国家'在政治经济学中的地位问题一直存在着自由主义和国家主义两种解释路径,而在中国特色社会主义政治经济学语境下,'国家'则是解释'中国奇迹'的关键。考察我国的国家利益问题,既要从内部环境即作为发展中国家的角度,客观认识发展是我国最大的国家利益,并以'发展型政府'为基础的'强国家'推动'高质量发展';又要从外部环境即经济全球化的角度,认识国家利益的实现离不开国家,要以国家主体性整合动态比较优势、保持国家竞争优势。更重要的是,国家利益的研究和实现最终落脚在'以人民为中心'和解决'人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾',这是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的本质所在。

National interests is a major realistic issue that needs to be urgently answered in the study of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.For a long time,there have been two ways to explain the status of'state'in political economy:liberalism and nationalism.In the context of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,'state'is the key to explain'Chinese miracle'.To investigate China’s national interests,we should objectively recognize that development is China’s biggest national interest from the perspective of internal environment,that is,as a developing country,and promote high-quality development with'strong country'based on'development-oriented government'.At the same time,from the perspective of external environment,namely economic globalization,we should realize that the realization of national interests is inseparable from the country,and we should integrate dynamic comparative advantage of national subjectivity and maintain national competitive advantage.More importantly,the research and realization of national interests will ultimately come down to'people-centered'and solve the contradiction between'people’s increasing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development',which is the essence of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
