创新驱动下以物联网赋能制造业智能化转型 被引量:30

IOT Energizes Manufacturing Industry Intelligent Transformation on the Basis of Innovation-driven

摘要 智能制造是我国制造业企业未来的发展方向。在当前创新驱动发展战略背景下,物联网技术与制造业的深度融合,将会形成制造业智能化转型的新动能。物联网在制造业智能化转型中的主要应用方向包括智能化设计与智能化生产、生产过程的可视化监控、商品仓储运输自动化和售后服务的远程升级等。但从总体看,我国制造业的物联网应用条件尚不成熟,很多企业仍未制定较为明确的工业物联网发展规划。对此,应加快建立相关标准体系,完善相关基础设施,加强数据信息保护,发挥成功融合企业的典型示范作用,提升自主技术创新能力,加大相关人才培养力度及金融支持力度。 Intelligent manufacturing is the future direction of China’s manufacturing enterprises.Under the background of the current innovation-driven development strategy,the in-depth integration of IOT technology and manufacturing industry will form a new driving force for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry.The main application directions of IOT in intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry include intelligent design and intelligent production,visual monitoring of production process,automation of commodity storage and transportation,and remote upgrade of after-sales service.However,the application conditions of the IOT in China’s manufacturing industry are not mature,and many manufacturing enterprises have not yet formulated relatively clear plans for the development of the industrial IOT.It is necessary to establish the standard system related to intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry,improve relevant infrastructure,strengthen data information protection,give play to the typical demonstration role of successful enterprises in transformation,enhance the independent technological innovation ability of enterprises,and strengthen relevant personnel training and financial support.
