摘要
我国汽车年度产销量连续10年蝉联世界第一,尤其是自主品牌整车的年度产销总量已接近全部乘用车年度产销量的42%。但调查和研究发现,在绩效尤其采购绩效方面,自主品牌整车企业与合资汽车企业相比表现出较大差距。应从企业行为角度出发,将采购策略视作企业行为,系统研究采购策略行为与采购绩效的关联性,以及采购策略行为对采购绩效的影响机理、途径和程度,并依据研究结果和启示,探索提升整车企业绩效的具体对策。
China’s auto annual production and sales volume has ranked first in the world for 10 consecutive years.In particular,self-owned brand vehicles have approached 42%of the whole passenger vehicles in both sales and production volume.However,through investigation and research,in terms of performance,especially procurement performance,there is still a big gap between self-owned brand auto enterprises and joint-venture auto companies.From the point of view of procurement performance and enterprise behavior,procurement strategy should be regarded as enterprise behavior.The relationship between procurement strategy behavior and procurement performance should be systematically studied.The mechanism,approach and level of procurement strategy behavior’s influence on procurement performance also should be researched.As s result,based on the research results and findings,the concrete action to improve the performance of vehicle enterprises will be explored.
