木材纹理在明式椅类家具设计中的功能性初探——以官帽椅为例

Study on the Function of Wood Texture in the Design of Ming-style Seats——Taking the Officer's Cap Chair as an Example

明式家具作为中国传统家具的代表,应探求其木材运用所凝聚的先人造物法则与美学规律。通过对明式官帽椅的木材纹理分析,选取其中具有代表性的黄花梨与紫檀木料,得出其中的木材运用的科学性与艺术性。明式椅类家具的简洁素雅之美离不开形体变化与表面木材纹理装饰的巧妙结合,剖析其中的设计思想对于现代家具设计有很强的研究价值与实践意义。

Ming-style furniture, as the representative of traditional Chinese furniture, should be researched its laws of creation and aesthetics of wood application. Through the analysis of wood texture of Ming-style officer’s cap chair, the Huanghua Pear and Padauk wood are selected,and the scientificity and artistry of wood application are obtained. The simplicity and elegance of Ming-style seats can not be separated from the ingenious combination of shape change and surface wood texture decoration. The analysis of the design ideas has a strong research value and practical significance for modern furniture design.
