探析住宅空间设计中灰空间的运用

Discussion on Application of Grey Space in Residence Space Design

灰空间是一种过渡空间的固有存在,是一个提供给大众室内与室外的互动平台的形式。从中国住宅的发展中我们可以看出,传统民居中一直都有灰空间的存在,然当现代主义建筑时期的来到,灰空间又以新的空间形态展现在现代住宅当中,唯一不变的是其原有的性质与作用始终没有遗失。这篇文章主要是从灰空间的基础理论来源出发,浅析灰空间的表现形式、作用及营造方法在现代住宅设计中的运用等,从人们的生活和精神需求层面来对住宅空间中诸如玄关、花园阳台、底层架空等类别的灰空间进行分析,分析研究出不同形式灰空间的多种设计方式,为今后的住宅设计提供直接或者间接的依据。

Grey space is an inherent existence of transition space, as an interactive platform indoor and outdoor. As we can see from the development of Chinese residence, it has always been grey space in traditional residence. However, when the period of modernist architecture came, grey space was displayed in modern residence in a new form, remaining its original nature and role. This article, mainly based on the basic theoretical sources of grey space, analyzes the application of expression, functions and constructing methods of grey space in modern residence design. From people’s daily life and spiritual needs, this paper analyzes the grey space in different parts of residential space, such as the entrance,garden balcony and underground stilt, and studies various design methods for different forms of grey space. Thus direct or indirect basis for future residence design are provided.
