摘要
结合当前形势及学生实际情况进行个性化实践教学能够提高学生的综合职业能力。教学不仅仅是教师的任务与职责,更应是教师与学生两个客体之间的相互探索与成长。根据建筑装饰工程技术专业的实际问题进行探讨,并提出解决措施,从而最大限度的激发学生的潜力,实现教学相长的目标。
Personalized practical teaching, combined with the current situation and the actual situation of students, can improve students’ comprehensive professional ability. Teaching is not only the task and responsibility of the teacher, but also the mutual exploration and growth between teachers and students. The article discusses the practical problems of architectural ornament engineering technology major and proposes solutions to maximize the potential of students so as to achieve the goal of improving teaching and learning at the same time.
