基于失智老人病理特征的养老居住空间设计探究

Research on the Design of Living Space for the Aged Based on the Pathological Feature of the Demented Elderly

自十二五规划以来,我国普通老年机构数目与日俱增,失智老人作为老年人中的特殊群体,由于国家给予的相关政策还不够完善,相关养老设施还不成熟,其生活质量仍存在较大问题。本文通过对哈尔滨市养老机构的走访调查,就失智老人生活现状进行了简要分析,以失智老人的病理特征及需求作为出发点,为营造高质量、舒适宜居的失智老人养老居住空间提出了几点建议,希望能为失智老人居住空间的设计提供参考。

Since the 12th Five-Year Plan,the number of ordinary old-age institutions in China has increased day by day.The demented old people are special groups among the elderly.Because the relevant policies given by the state are still not perfect,the relevant old-age facilities are still immature,and their quality of life is still not high.This paper analyzes the living conditions of the elderly in the Harbin City through a survey of tits old-age care institutions.Based on the pathological characteristics and needs of the demented elderly,this paper proposes to create a high-quality,comfortable and livable living space for the demented elderly.Some suggestions are given in the hope of providing reference for the design of the living space of the demented elderly.
