老年护理床设计的优化研究

Research on the Optimization Design of Nursing Bed for the Elderly

护理床作为具有代表性的老年家具,广泛应用于医院、养老院及康复机构,却很少在家庭场景中出现。本文研究了护理床攻入家庭市场的难点,对南京市老人进行了相关调研,并指出了当前护理床与老人真实需求的四点矛盾之处:(1)特殊的造型与老人敏感的内心互相矛盾;(2)复杂的功能与老人较差的认知能力互相矛盾;(3)冷漠的造型与老人对情感关怀的渴望互相矛盾;(4)护理功能与最基本的睡眠功能互相矛盾。在总结出上述矛盾后,提出了相关优化建议。

As a representative elderly furniture,nursing beds are widely used in hospitals,nursing homes and rehabilitation institutions,but rarely seen in family.This paper conducted a related survey on the elderly in Nanjing,and analyzed the real needs of the elderly for bed.Finally five reasons why the current nursing bed is difficult to expand in the family market are pointed out:The special shape of nursing bed is in contradiction with the sensitive inner heart of the elderly;The complex function is inconsistent with the poor cognitive ability of the elderly;the indifferent shape and the elderly’s desire for emotional care are contradictory;the nursing function and the essential sleep function contradict each other.After summarizing the above contradictions,relevant optimization suggestions are proposed.
