新中式实木白茬家具制造毛料加工工艺研究

Research on Wool Processing Technology in Making Solid Wood White Stubble Furniture of New Chinese Style

新中式实木家具相较传统家具在结构上进行了简化,使其更适合现代工厂化大批量生产,在风格上除了保留传统家具简洁干练的造型外,作了一些改变以迎合现代人们生活的需要和审美。本文以新中式实木家具制造为切入点,截取了原材配料和油漆处理之间的白茬家具的毛料加工工段,毛料加工工艺分为点材、冷压、定厚砂光、精截、梳料、裁板六道工序。结合实际车间制造状况,逐个分析各道工序并总结新中式实木家具毛料加工的常见问题和工艺特点。

Compared with traditional furniture,the structure of new Chinese solid wood furniture has been simplified to make it more suitable for modern factory mass production.In addition to retaining the simple and skilful shape of traditional furniture,some changes have been made to cater to the needs and aesthetics of modern people’s life.Taking the manufacturing of new Chinese solid wood furniture as the breakthrough point,this paper intercepts the wool processing section of white stubble furniture between raw material ingredients and paint treatment.The wool processing technology is divided into six processes:spot material,cold pressing,fixed thickness sanding,fine cutting,combing and cutting board.Combining with the actual manufacturing situation in the workshop,this paper analyzes each process one by one and summarizes the common problems and technological characteristics of wool processing of new Chinese solid wood furniture.
