摘要
家具产业是湛江具有传统优势的五大特色产业之一,近年来,产业规模和出口销量飞速发展,逐渐成为支撑本地经济发展的支柱产业。本文通过实地调查、研究分析,总结归纳现阶段制约湛江家具产业发展的主要问题,诸如产业集群度及产品质量不够高,自主品牌较少且知名度偏低,相关人才缺乏,营销模式僵化等。另外,依据本地实际情况,从产业规划、技术改造、自主创新、人才培养等视角,提出解决上述问题的策略与方法,为湛江家具产业进一步发展壮大建言献策。
The furniture industry is one of the five characteristic industries with traditional advantages in Zhanjiang.In recent years,the scale of industry and the export volume have expanded rapidly.Through field investigation,research and analysis,this paper summarizes the main problems that restrict the development of Zhanjiang furniture industry at the present stage,such as insufficient industrial cluster degree and product quality,less independent brands,low popularity,lack of relevant talents,rigid marketing model,etc.In addition,according to the local reality,from the perspectives of industrial planning,technological transformation,independent innovation and personnel training,the strategies and methods for solving the above problems are proposed to provide suggestions for the further development of the Zhanjiang furniture industry.
