激光束波面畸变的全息诊断与补偿 被引量:1

摘要 本文报导一种补偿激光波面畸变的新方法。我们以象散光束为例,根据轴向全息图能够给出该光束补偿系统的状态。而且,利用双狭缝滤波和“交叉滤波”技术能够提取出具有位相调制或者是具有振幅起伏的近场波面。从而为在高功率激光系统中应用主动补偿象差技术提供了可能性。 This paper reports a new method to compensate the wavef ront distortion. Taking a laser beam of astigmatic aberration as an example, the state of the laser beam compensating system can be given by the axial hologram of the laser beam. And the techniques of double-slit filter and "cross-filter" can be used to extract the near field wavef ront of the laser beam with phase modulation and amplitude fluctuation. It is possible to use the active compensating technique of laser beam in a high power Nd-glass laser system.
