样品温度对纳秒激光诱导铝等离子体光谱强度的影响 被引量:6

Influence of Sample Temperature on Spectral Intensity of Nanosecond Laser-Induced Aluminum Plasma

摘要 使用纳秒激光激发铝箔产生等离子体,对铝箔进行加热,研究样品温度对激光诱导击穿光谱强度和信噪比的影响;对烧蚀坑的直径进行测量,观察烧蚀坑直径随温度的变化。结果表明:铝的两条谱线强度和信噪比均随温度升高而增大,烧蚀坑尺寸也随温度升高而增大。证实了加热样品可以提高激光诱导击穿光谱的灵敏度。 A nanosecond laser is used to excite the aluminum foil to generate plasma. The aluminum foil is heated and the influences of sample temperature on the intensity and the signal-to-noise ratio of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy are investigated. The diameter of ablation crater is measured, and the relaionship between the crater diameter and the sample temperature is observed. The research results show that the increase in sample temperature leads to the increase in the spectral intensity and the signal-to-noise ratio of two spectral lines of aluminum, the crater diameter also increases with the increase of sample temperature. It is validated that increasing the sample temperature can improve the sensitivity of the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy.
