After entering into WTO, the market of polyamide cord fabric in our country will have profound changes. This paper makes a comprehensive and deep analysis to the present status of polyamide cord fabric industry at home and abroad and its readjustment of structure, the present situation and development prospects of relative industries such as automobile, road transportation, and tyre, the influences of entering into WTO and changes of state macroscopic policy on the cord fabric industry. Using two mathematical models, this paper forecasts the upper and lower limits of demand in domestic cord fabric market, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
