摘要
丰山铜矿南缘矿带11线以东矿体的开采技术条件复杂,属典型难采矿体。为回收这部分难采矿段的矿石,试验了自然崩落采矿法。试验中,采用中深孔爆破技术实施矿块拉底,将矿块分为3个分区,按分区实施拉底和控制放矿,采用X射线荧光分析技术进行出矿品位现场快速测定。试验取得了成功,获得了较好的技术经济指标。
Mining technological conditions are very complicated for the orebody east of the Line No.11 in the Southern Rim Mining Zone in Fengshan Copper Mine. The orebody is one of those typically difficult to mine. In order to recover the ore in this complicated mining zone, the block caving system was tested. During the test, the medium-to-deep hole blasting technique was adopted for sill cut and the ore block was divided into three sub-blocks. Sill cut and controlled ore drawing were performed on the basis of the subblocks. The out-of-mine ore grade was quickly analyzed using the X-ray fluorescent analytical technique. The test proved to be a great success, thus having achieved desirable technical and economical indices.
