摘要
德兴铜矿为其2号尾矿库设计和施工了一套安全自动监测系统。在尾矿库中沿两条监测线布置钻孔,并埋设孔隙水压力传感器,由计算机系统以多种方式从传感器上采集数据。该系统可根据需要给出孔隙水压力值,压力值随时间变化的曲线及坝体浸润线。在该系统的设计实施中,着重解决了深孔压力传感器回填的技术问题,并采取了一系列措施来提高系统的可靠性。
An automatic monitoring system was designed and installed to monitor the safety of the No.2 tailings dam in Dexing Copper Mine.Along the two monitoring lines holes were drilled on the dam and hole water pressure sensors were buried. Data were collected from these sensors in many ways through a computer system. The safety monitoring system could give out the values of the hole water pressure, the change curve of pressure vs. time, and the soakage line of the dam body. In the process of design and construction of the monitoring system, the technical issue of backfilling the deep hole pressure sensors was addressed and solved. And a series of measures were taken to enhanced the reliability of the system.
