摘要
探讨了以MC6E/32控制模块为核心的装载机工作装置微机控制系统。在分析控制目标的基础上,设计出系统的组成结构,利用电液比例减压阀作为先导阀来改造了原有的液压系统。该系统在国内某钢厂清渣装载机中试用,使用效果表明该系统的设计是合理可行的。
The paper presents a computer control system for a loader’s w or king device based on the control units MC6E/32.According to analysis of the control target,the component of the system is designed,the electro-hydrauli c decompress valve is used to change the former hydraulic system as the pilot va lve.The system has been used to the wheel loader clearing up steel dergs in one steel facto-ry,the results prove that the design of the system is reasonable and practicable
