国产TL-3型铣刨截齿在坚硬路面施工中的应用

The Construction Application to Rigid Pavement of Domestic TL-3 Shearing Picks

随着我国高级公路建设的蓬勃发展和德国、意大利先进施工机械的大量引进,铣刨截齿等消耗性刀具的国产化已迫在眉睫。中国地质大学(武汉)掘进工程研究所通过对美国凯南迈特公司(KENNAMETALINC.)公路铣刨刀具的分析、研究,结合其在岩石破碎专业领域的实践经验,与福建地质工程公司合作研发的TL-3型铣刨截齿,在武汉长江大桥坚硬路面的改造施工中,平均使用寿命达到了同类进口产品的质量水平。

With the development of constructing top-standa rd super highways in China,and with the introduction of advanced construction mac hinery from Germany and Italy,it has become rather urgent for China to manufa cture on its own consumable cutting tools such as shearing picks.The Institute of Excavating Engineeing,China University of Geosciences,based on the profound analysis and research into the shearing cutting pro duced by KENNAMETAL INC.US A,has the developed the TL-3shearing picks with the joint efforts Fujian Geo logica Engineeing Com.These newly domestically-designed picks have been succes sfully applied to the rigid pavement reconstructing of Wuhan Yangtze River Brid ge,and have shown the same average endurance life as that of imported ones of the same kind.
