摘要
针对我国搅拌槽类设备系列主参数设计问题 ,分析了此类设备中的流体动力特征 ,提出了相关叶轮周速 ( RPS)模型 .考察了国内外具有代表性的工业型搅拌槽类设备系列的主参数 ,并进行了相应的数据处理 .结果发现 ,国际上那些颇具影响的搅拌槽和浮选槽的系列主参数十分符合RPS模型 ,证明了该模型的价值 .采用该模型并配以相关的辅助模型作为确定搅拌槽和浮选槽(尤其是大型槽 )系列主参数的基础模型 ,可从根本上提高产品质量 ,有效节约资源 .
Aiming at the problem of series parameters of agitation/flotation cells,the hydrodynamics characteristic of these cells was analyzed; The relevant impeller peripheral speed model, namely the RPS model, was put forward. The typical parameters of agitation/flotation cells at home and abroad were examined and some correlative data were processed. The result shows that the RPS model is in good accordance with the parameters well approved by products all over the world, indicating that the model is useful in the design of agitation/flotation cells. The use of this model and some correlative auxiliary ones as the basic models for determining the series parameters of agitation/flotation cells can enhance the quality of product.
