震颤患者丘脑核团微电刺激诱发反应的观察

摘要 给10例震颤患者进行了459次微电刺激,有38个位点发生运动诱发反应,驱例震动减轻。其中见于腹内侧核中部(Vim)有30个,79%;腹侧核尾部(VC)有5个,13.2%,其余的位点,腹侧核后方(VOP)2个,丘脑背侧核(dth)1个。所有刺激位点中,均未见到有驱动震颤加剧的诱发反应。诱发感觉异常最常见,47.1%。诱发疼痛反应仅一个,位于VC核,温/冷和眩晕反应,分别位于VOP核,Vim核和VC核,43.8%位点未出现诱发反应。 459 Microstimulations were done in 10 patients of movement disorders with tremor. The motor evoked responses with reduction tremor drive was observed 38 sites, of 30 sites 79% was noted in ventrointermedialis(vim) nuclei, and 5 sites 13.2% in ventrocaudalis(vc) nuclei, the other sites were seen 2 sites in vntroralis posterir(vop) nuclei, 1 site in dorsal thalamus(dth), and wasn't seen increasing tremor darive responses in the all of area; paresthesia was the most common response and occurred 47.1%, pain was only seen 1 site in vc nuclei, warm/cold and vertigo was seen from vop, vim, vc, nucleus,no responses were seen 43.8%.
