摘要
光周期敏感雌性不育苎麻 (PFSR)头、二、三麻均能成花 ,但头、二麻雌性败育 ,三麻雌性可育 ,雄性发育正常 ,年度间表现稳定。对其光周期特性研究分析表明 :(1) 6至 7月 ,PFSR雌性育性转换的临界日长在 13.0 h/ d至13.5 h/ d之间 ,败育发生早而彻底 ;(2 )经 SD+L D和 L D+SD处理 ,雌性表现为相邻节位间由可育到不育或不育到可育的跃变 ,雌性育性的光敏感期初步确定为花序分化期或花被形成期 ;(3)雌性发育期进行 3、 6、 9天的 SD(11h/ d)处理 ,表明雌性发育光敏感期持续日数为 3天或更短。
Photoperiod-sensitive Female Sterile Ramie(PFSR) flowers in three crops, and is sterile in the 1 st and 2 nd crops, but fertile in the 3 rd crop; while the male flowers develop normally in each crop. These properties express steadily in years. Studies on photoperiodical reaction of PFSR were conducted. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) The photoperiod-sensitive critical day-length of female sterility is between 13.0 h and 13.5 h in June and July in Jingzhou (30° 24′N). Its female flowers abort early and thoroughly; (2) The plants treated with SD+LD or LD+SD showed a sudden change from fertility to sterility or reversal. Its photoperiod-sensitive critical stage was tentatively defined as inflorescence differential stage or perianth forming stage; (3) SD (11 h/d) treatments in female forming stage for 3,6 or 9 days indicated that the female photoperiod-sensitive time may be 3 days or shorter.
