华南籼稻不同处理间早晚造品质变化规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 对 9个不同栽培处理、早晚两造种植的华南籼稻品种绿黄占品质性状进行系统研究 ,方差分析结果表明 :除粒型呈显著性差异外 ,9个处理间其他品质性状差异不显著 ;出糙率、整精米率、不完善粒率、食味品质等性状在造别间呈极显著性差异 ,粒型造别间呈显著性差异。对温室盆栽的 9个不同中微量元素施肥处理早晚两造的绿黄占品质性状进行系统研究 ,分析结果表明 :所有品质性状处理间差异不显著 ;出糙率、整精米率、不完善粒率、垩白粒率、食味品质、直链淀粉含量等品质性状造别间差异极显著 ,胶稠度差异显著。指出华南籼稻品质的提高只有通过品种改良才能根本奏效 ,华南籼稻同一品种早晚不同造别种植晚造稻米食味品质一般优于早造稻米。 The quality traits of South-China Indica rice, Lü-Huang-Zhan (LHZ) under 9 treatments in the early and late-cropping seasons in the field were tested, results showed significant difference in grain shape (GS) alone among treatments, very significant difference in brown rice rate (BR), head rice rate (HR), unperfected rice rate (UR) and eating quality (EQ) respectively and significant difference in GS between seasons. Pot culture of LHZ in green house with 9 treatments of fertilize of moderate and trace elements in early and late-cropping seasons were conducted, results of analysis of variance indicated that no significant difference in quality traits among treatments, very significant differences in BR, HR, UR, chalky grain (CG) and EQ, significant difference in gel consistency (GC) between seasons. It was pointed out that rice breeding is key to improve rice quality, EQ of the same variety grown in late-cropping season is better than that grown in early-cropping season in South-China Indica rice.
