摘要
本研究以在国家品种资源库中编目的 5 0 5 2 6份中国地方稻种资源和采用不同取样方法从中选出的 2 4个核心种质为研究对象 ,选用了 2 6个分类、形态及农艺性状 ,对检验核心种质的参数进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,在所选 8个参数中 ,多样性指数、表型方差、表型频率方差及变异系数为对比不同核心种质取样方法间优劣的有效参数 ;而表型保留比例为检验核心种质最终有效性和取样比例必不可少的参数。其它三个参数表型平均数离差、最大值离差和最小值离差则仅可用于检验核心种质的参考指标。
The study evaluated the different parameters for testing the genetic diversity and utility of core collection, using 50526 accessions of Chinese landrace rice germplasm registered in national genebank and 24 core collections selected from the accessions by different methods, with 26 characters as the database. The results showed that parameters Index of Diversity (Ⅰ), Variance of Phenotypic Frequency (VPF), Variance of Phenotypic Value (VPV) and Coefficient of Variation (CV) are more effective on evaluating different methods for core collection selection among 8 studied parameters. However, Ratio of Phenotype Retained (RPR) is an indispensable parameter for testing the end utility and the sampling ratio of core collection. The other three parameters, Deviation of Phenotypic Mean (D mea), Deviation of Phenotypic Maximum (D max), and Deviation of Phenotypic (D min), only can be used as the reference indexes.
