摘要
以生产上大面积推广应用的水稻主栽品种为样本 ,分析了东北全区域活动积温与水稻垩白率、垩白面积、垩白度的关系。结果表明 ,垩白率是影响这一地区稻米垩白品质的主要因素。稻米垩白率的发生与当地活动积温呈显著负相关 ,并与水稻低温冷害发生规律相一致。一般气候正常年份东北各地都可以生产出低垩白优质米 ,异常低温气候条件增加垩白率。针对垩白的发生规律和特点 ,提出了降低稻米垩白的生产技术对策。
Using the main varieties in the production as samples, the relationship between the active accumulated temperature and chalkiness of rice was analyzed. The result indicated that the chalkiness emerged easily and the percentage of chalkiness was a main factor affecting milling quality of rice in the Northeast of China. There was a significant negative correlation between the percentage of chalkiness, or degree of chalkiness, and the active accumulated temperature. Increase of rice chalkiness was usually connected with emerge of low temperature and freeze harming. In normal years, low chalkiness rice could be produced. But in abnormal years, the chalkiness of rice could increase because of low temperature. According to the result, the technology to reduce the chalkiness of rice was suggested.
